U-UI0.5: the mechanical views.rs split (byte-identity proven) now carrying the landed UI waves.

Resolution of the src/views.rs modify/delete conflict: the split layout wins; main's content ports into the per-family modules — brand_css -> config.rs, the U-UI1/UI2 kit shell -> shell.rs, G4's export copy -> billing.rs, the session-plumbing signatures through every module.

Gates: cargo test green (the recorded digests hold — the integrated branch renders byte-identical to main), cargo clippy --all-targets -D warnings green, ui_gates 8/8 (the class= allowlist now pins the seven split modules, summing to the same 720).

The wave-C page-family migrations (U-UI3..6) parallelize on these per-family files.
