The stable-promotion lockstep gate (R15) requires every command group
covered at verified >= the promoted version. 3.6.1's delta over 3.6.0 is
behavioral only (the openDeploy declaration; no surface change beyond the
walkthrough noun), and the pages were re-verified against the 3.6.1
binary: install (SSHSIG-primary installer, e2e-verified on debian-test),
session/tenant (declaration refresh), scaffold/deploy/show/destroy (the
openDeploy e2e matrix), and the new ditc walkthrough command — authored
here as 940-walkthrough.md (assistant chapter), covering the group the
three forward-references already pointed at. All covering pages stamped
verified: ditc@3.6.1; check-lockstep 0 fail; promotion gate OK.
