(login/show/logout, federated sign-in) added in ditc 3.2.0; glossary coins
the canon noun 'session' (defined_in: session-signin).

The R15 promotion gate blocks a stable cut while ditc pages carry
verified: ditc@2.4.4 (< 3.2.1). Re-stamp all ditc pages to the promoted
version so the promotion gate (lockstep_gate: enforce) passes — 10 command
groups now all covered at verified >= 3.2.1.

captures: regen ditc --help captures after the WRITING-006 help rewrite + 3.2.1 surface 4e862369c8

Re-captured from the ditc 3.2.1 binary (the promoted release); the
session + mcp groups' captures are now current. Follows the d0603fc
captures-regen convention.
