Full body rewrite per the REWRITE dispatch contract: introduces the
reader's program's web address (the address of their own program, not
general computing), what the platform does when a visitor arrives
(nobody approves each visit; the platform answers with the copy that
currently serves), and the switch when a new copy is published (the old
copy keeps serving until the platform switches the address). Deletes the
clerk-and-shelf story, the general web-address teaching, the "no cables,
no night shifts" coda, and the "well under a second" latency overclaim.
New sequence figure (fig-visit) in the manual's SVG convention.
Frontmatter gains doc_type/requires/introduces/reader/verified per the
105 pilot's shape; verified: ditc@3.2.0.

web address: the old gloss carried the deleted general-computing
framing ("typed, clicked, or scanned"); the new gloss transcribes the
page's defining sentence — your program's address, yours alone,
arriving with the program. hosting: aligned to the page's "arrangement
that keeps your program on the platform" framing.
